About Lerch Farms

The Lerch family have been vegetable growers near Forest Hill in the Lockyer Valley for four generations. Lerch Farms is currently operated by Andrew and Raneece Lerch, and Andrew’s parents, Greg and Linda Lerch, making it a very family orientated business.

After many years as beetroot growers, the current team have expanded into a diversified horticultural farming operation, growing a variety of vegetables including beetroot, broccoli, cauliflowers, carrots and pumpkins. Fodder such as barley hay or forage sorghum is also grown as a rotational crop and sold in round bales.

Lerch Farms operates on 430 acres over four locations in the Lockyer Valley, at Blenheim, Laidley and Lake Clarendon. A property on the Darling Downs is also utilised to allow production of vegetables all year round.

The business has all the requisite certifications – Freshcare, HAACPs, HARPS and SEDEX. 

The production of top quality produce is the focus for the Lerch family and their staff. Produce is supplied to the chain stores and central markets around Australia and also exported to overseas buyers.
